Thursday’s featured teen: Alexis Ackerman

When I first signed up for TJJ Southern I thought it was going to be just another regular Israel trip little did I know the trip would mean so much to me in just one week. One specific memory I have was on Thursday July 8. That day they drove us down to Tel Aviv, in the coast of the Mediterranean. There they took us on a tornado boat. It seated 10 people. We filled the boat with close friends, new friends, and amazing advisors. Together we jammed out to music and appreciated the gorgeous nature reserve that surrounded us. Being at the center of this gorgeous reserved created a beautiful memory for us to cherish together.
